Placing an Order
be advised, that while we are more then happy to talk Poker Chips, answer
questions, and help in any way we can over the phone, the only way we can
accept an order is either placed on our web site or emailed to us. For
accuracy and security reasons we can not accept verbal orders.|

1. If you have a Paypal
account you will be taken to the PayPal login page where you can
transfer funds instantly for your purchase. You will have to have
a "confirmed" Paypal account to transfer payment. Your shipment
"must" ship to this address. Upon completion just
choose continue and you will be transferred back to HoldemPokerChips and your invoice for your purchase will appear.
2. You may choose Credit Card payment. Upon checkout your
payment will be submitted to out credit card processor via a SSL certificate for
approval. All information relating to your payment transaction is stored on the
processors servers not our servers. In fact, we never see your whole credit card
#, just the last 4 digits.
3. You may choose to complete your
order as a "Mail Order" purchase. By doing this you are choosing to mail
HoldemPokerChips payment for your order. You may mail payment by Money Order or
Certified Check. Upon receiving funds we will ship your order as soon as the
payment is received. You may also submit a personal or business check. All
personal or business check will be deposited and once they have cleared (usually
7-10 business days) we will ship your order. Please
do not send cash!
Note: Orders placed via "Mail Order"
will be valid for ten (10) days. If payment is not received in ten (10) days or
other arrangements made within this time frame your order will be cancelled and

50 States, Canada, and selected overseas areas. We hope to be able to expand this to other
countries in the near future, but at this time we can not.
Important Note for our Armed
Services Friends: Effective March 3rd, 2008, the USPS has offered new
shipping options and streamline customs forms that allow us to
efficiently offer our products to APO/FPO address's.
Important Note for Canadian and International Customers: Shipping and insurance is charged in our cart system but you will have to be responsible
for any possible customs or governmental fees. We can not "undervalue" shipments
for these reasons.
Shipping Method HoldemPokerChips uses UPS as it's primary carrier for all shipments. UPS can
provide the services we require to get your order to you safely and securely by
providing complete tracking, delivery conformation, and insurance. UPS does not
deliver to P.O. Boxes, so you will have to provide a physical address where
someone will be available to receive your order. For smaller items that weigh
under 3 pounds we may convert your order to USPS Priority Mail. This allows a typical 2-3 day service
at a similar rate. Orders placed before 7pm pst will in most cases ship the next
working day. Orders after this time will ship the following working day. (e.g.
You place an order on Monday at 6pm pst, that will ship on Tuesday. You place an
order on Monday at 11pm pst, that order will ship on Wednesday). If you need
special handling on an order please inquire prior to placing an order.
UPS uses a guaranteed delivery schedule for all their packages. From time to
time events happen that cause your package to be delayed, most frequently these are weather
caused delays. UPS does not offer refunds for these uncontrollable delays and
thus we can not either. You can find UPS's

Clay Chip Policy
Clay Casino chips are handmade chips and display many unique
characteristics not found in ceramic or plastic extruded chips. Thus we have a
very detailed listing of what clay chips are to be considered defective and what
characteristics are to be considered normal
manufacturing variances and are not replaced as defective.

Playing Card Policy We purchase and sell
only new sets of playing cards. We do not offer any used or "factory seconds"
from our site. All of the sets we sell are in the same condition as received
from our manufacturers or our distributors. None of our suppliers, manufacturers
or distributors, offer us a solution for decks that are received in this new
state and are damaged or defective. Thus we can not offer a solution to these
problems except for providing the proper information for contacting them
directly. We would like to be able to handle these solutions ourselves, but if
the manufacturers choose not to stand behind their products they can not expect
us to do so at our expense.
This is not a policy we are satisfied with, but to keep this category profitable
for us we must maintain

Refunds & Returns All sales of products from HoldemPokerChips are final. If you have any
questions about our products please inquire at
to making a purchase. If for some reason you items arrived damaged, or are
shipped incorrectly, we will gladly replace the product. Any product in question
must be returned prior to replacement with a
"Damage/Shortage Report Form".
